Co-hosting Seoul Gourmet Forum 2018 “Feeding the Planet”

People for Earth co-hosted Seoul Gourmet Forum with the title of “Feeding the Planet” on November 9 along with the Seoul Gourmet Organizing Committee. The Seoul Gourmet “Feeding the Planet” was to promote a future dining table that saves the planet. The forum was a platform for chefs, farmers, fishermen, environmental scientists, ecologists, nutritionists and others attendees where they shared and discussed saving nature/planet is a true gourmet attitude. In particular, this year’s Seoul Gourmet was co-hosted by People for Earth, a leading organization that works on promoting the importance of ecology and environment.

Seoul Gourmet, which started in 2010, is an international gourmet festival featuring the world's top chefs and journalists visiting Korea, experiencing Korean food culture and introducing their own unique cuisine. This year’s forum was held from November 7 to 11. Under the mission of “Star Chefs Meet Korean Flavors”, the invited world’s top class chefs performed their magic with Korean ingredients during the five day forum.
