The International Conference for Ecozoic Culture 2018 was held under the theme of Ecological Transformation on the Korean Peninsula and East Asia. It was held for three days from the 12th to the 14th of October in Paju, South Korea.
Day 1 - Opening Ceremony, Sessions One and Two
The
conference was hosted People for Earth Forum and a welcome speech by Kumsil
Kang, the Executive Director of the Forum marked the opening of the three-day
event. Hwa-young Lee, the Vice-Governor of Peace, Gyeonggi-do and Inwon Choue,
the President of Kyung Hee University, presented congratulatory speeches.
For
Session One, Dr. John B. Cobb. Jr.
of The Center of Process Studies and Father Jai-don Lee of Catholic University
presented a dialogue titled Earth and
People, Dots in the Universe.
